The Barrel Sauna Tallaght

We opened up our Tallaght Sauna in July 2024 at Holohan Martial Arts.

They had space for us in their goals and in their car park! Both in and around the gym we share a common purpose. To offer health and wellness opportunities in a safe and inclusive space where everyone is welcome.

We hope to continue to grow here, merge our communities and work together for a long time to come. Come down and try our outdoor saunas and cold plunges! We have free parking, changing facilities, one 6 person and one 10 person wood burning barrel saunas, 6 cold plunges at varying temperatures and cold showers for rinsing and cooling down.
