OM Saunas (Rossnowlagh)

Set on the sands of beautiful Rossnowlagh Beach, this mobile sauna is the only one that serves people directly from the sandy shore. With views to the West Atlantic and Slieve League, you can sweat your body, watching the shallow and clean waters of Donegal Bay, just to be within steps from it to cool down before you next sitting. Driven by tides, it provides a variety of experience, depending on tide time – from vast sandy flat beach and quick runs to the water, to spring tides covering the whole beach and the sauna sitting directly at the entrance for you, so you can dip in the waves and enjoy totally different kind of bliss.
Sauna is based on the far side of Rossnowlagh, distant from the busy side, so even in the crowdiest days, you can still enjoy a fair bit of space and quietness.
