I have been to the secret garden sauna on a number of occasions. It is such a peaceful place. I feel instantly relaxed after a session.
I have been to both morning and evening sessions. The staff are so friendly. Highly recommend a visit.

There are 3 plunge pools and an ice bath- also a lovely hot shower. Lots of changing rooms on site.

The staff are the best too- always so friendly and kind. There is a nice coffee shop next door to the sauna called the Bean Hive- great for smoothies and iced coffees in the summer and hot drinks in winter ☕️🍵
