Suaimhneas Sauna Clahane

Sauna Suaimhneas is run by Niamh & Seán. Who are brother and sister from the north Clare area and passionate about the benefits of sauna use and bringing a sauna culture to Co. Clare.

The saunas can be found at different popular swimming locations all year round in North and West Clare.

Our name Suaimhneas (SUE-av-ness) is the irish for peace and tranquility and this is the only way to descibe the feeling you have after one of our wonderful thermotherapy sessions at the sea side, as you cycle between the hot sauna and the cold sea/wind.
